Introducing Eric! Welcoming you….
Eric…who?
So this is Eric, he’s a Koala with a telescope, and a mission. (Nope, that’s not a beer bottle he’s holding, but we could run with it)…
Making searching easy and inclusive!
Eric is a searching website, he helps you find fun things to do and places to go, health resources and charities, the list goes on! What better time to launch such a service as during a global pandemic?! Eric’s ultimate aim is to close the gap so people looking for mainstream stuff to do, and those wanting something a bit more specialist can find it through his website. Eric is about celebrating people with different needs, (for example wheelchair users, those with autism, traumatic brain injury, to name a few)! Eric is all about making sure those companies that go that extra bit further, are easy to find. We know the way people go places and do things is changing, and many of us have already spent many months avoiding going out and about. We want people to feel as safe as possible and that’s why we have made it easy for you to find outdoor spaces.
Here at Eric HQ, we thought ‘wouldn’t it be amazing if people looking for places that are more accessible, supportive and understanding are easy to find?’ and ‘wouldn’t it be amazing if more charities and support agencies are easy to find?’. There is so much information out there, it can get confusing and overwhelming. So, what if it wasn’t like that? We don’t have all the answers, but we thought we would try and make life a bit easier. Eric is growing all the time with new listings, so tell people, tell small and big companies and join us. The more people who know about Eric and his mission, the better his website will be, with more information and resources.
