These grounds are predominantly the buildings which house the museum, however there are gardens you are free to explore and ample room for the children to run around. There is a small shop where you can get hot drinks and snacks, and you are welcome to picnic in the gardens.
Please note there is limited wheelchair access and no accessible toilet facilities.
