The popular Beadnell Bay is wide and sandy beach surrounded by grassy sand dunes. Because of the protection offered in the Bay many water sports take place, and it is possibly to rent equipment, sometimes including snorkeling and scuba diving! There is parking to the north of the beach, with toilets, close to the village where you will find shops, cafes and a pub. Dogs are usually allowed but there are some seasonal restrictions during bird breeding season.
