Blast Beach is a place for many different activity’s. There are also some good views from the cliff top paths. The area is also has a underlayer of magnesian limestone that have given a view of cream coloured cliffs intersected by steep sided wooded valleys.
There is walking along the beach or the cliff tops that both have their benefits. There are coastal trails that go on for miles. There are also many other activity you can do that you can see with the list below:
There are many different sea creatures that i will not even mention but I will say wildlife you may find around the area. The list of creatures are:
Durham brown argus – rare butterfly
Skylark – Birds that like to sing
Grey Partridge – Bird that use to be common however became a protected species
Dingy Skipper – butterfly
