The focal point of the country park is the lake, as the name would suggest. There are a network of fully accessible paths around the lake and through the woodlands.

You may be lucky enough to spot deer, red squirrels along with swans and other water life.

You will find a visitor centre here to learn about the history of the parkland and it’s wildlife, and a cash only café (check website for opening times).

The park gates are open throughout the year during daylight hours.

Q How much is parking?

Parking will be no more than £3 for a stay of over 2 hours.
