Surrounded by astounding fells and beautiful woodland scenery, Castlerigg Hall Caravan and Camping Park offers guests a variety of camping options. There is a wide selection of hardstanding pitches with electric hook-ups. Camping pitches are available on level or sloped grassy ground. Additionally, Castlerigg Hall offer a range of camping pods. All come with heating, lighting and seating areas. Camping pods do not have any bedding facilities. However, their Castle Pods come with beds. Alternatively, you can level up to their Inspire Pods, these come with kitchen facilities, a bathroom, made-up bed, sofa and flat screen TV! Furthermore, many of the pitches on the site come with excellent views across the Lakes. Additionally, they have their own shop and art gallery!
There is a bus service near Castlerigg Hall that can take guests to and from the site into the South Lakes and Grasmere. Also, there are a variety of trails in the local woodlands, including a trek to a 4000 year old stone circle! Nearby Borrowdale Valley offers many climbing opportunities. Keswick and its Theatre by the Lake are also a short journey away, as is Whinlatter Forest Centre and its many cycle paths.

There is bus transport to a stop next to Castlerigg Hall Caravan and Camping Site.
Step access is needed to enter their static caravans. Similarly, camping pods are fronted by decking that is a step up from the ground. The ground is uneven with several areas deeply sloped. However, some areas of the campsite are on level grass ground that guests can request to stay on. Please contact the site for information about disabled facilities.
