Costa Coffee is a household name. When was the public interviewed Costa Coffee was the favourite of 50% of people in? Costa Coffee is my personal favourite simply because their customer care stood out to me as unusual welcoming. And the costa coffee in Darlington was no exception However I did find the facilities unusually large spacious. The room was long, and the counter was situated at the northwest side of the house. The decor of the place was in its usual Hughes of brown. However, meeting the new people make the experience different every time.
The table jutted out from the wall and were large and spacious. Along the seated walls they had placed a long mirror making the place look more spacious. At the end of the room was an artwork displaying different types of aquarium fish. Furthermore, an abstract shape and fish design stood against the wall in a brilliant shiny silver. I found the food to be at the exact standard of loveliness in all their other costa coffee houses. One can order a takeaway from the counter. However, it is important to note that if you are part of the costa coffee club you can gain beans which can lead to a free costa coffee for you or a person of your choosing. In addition, my boyfriend’s personal favourite is a caramel slice.

The entrance is entirely flat. Furthermore, the floor on the inside is the one colour and is flat. The monotone of the flooring makes me feel that those with dim entire may not suffer any consequential confusion. Some who have dementia find patterned floors disconcerting as they cannot tell if hey are on flat ground. Although the staff are not specifically trained to work with those who are neurologically diverse, they are happy to help in any way they can. Although this costa coffee does not have either braille or large print menus the staff are happy to help by reading out the menu to those who need this support. The staff where particularly kind as they helped me to carry my order to my table of choice.
