What is Diggerland?
Diggerland is a adventure park about diggers. The rides are digger based there are even quite a lot that you get to drive them.
What is there to do?
Well there are the rides that all come under the ticket to get in and a few you have to pay £1 extra each ride. The following is some of the 20 main attractions that you do not have to pay for:
- Mini Land rovers
- JCB Rides/Drives
- Indoor Soft play
- Dippy ducks
- Crazy carts
- Buried Treasure
For the full list you can use the [link]. You can even click on activity for a little run down of what that activity includes. For example when I clicked on buried treasure it says “Your little treasures will love digging for buried treasure, but finding it is one thing and getting it out with the claw is quite another! Operating these Kimats PC14 Mini Diggers takes a lot of concentration, but the smiles will tell you it was all worth it!”. For the rides that cost £1 are on the same link just further down past ride Hight chart and little tikes.
Another thing you can do and is only for adults is adult experience days. They’re for ages 17 and up and have a total of four experiences that you can view in more detail with [link]. The name of the four experiences are:
- Dumper Racing
- Group JCP Experience
- Individual JCP Experience
- Monster Digger Experience
Are there shops?
All parks boast a Diggerland Goodie Store where visitors can mark there day with a memorable souvenir as well as buy gifts, toys and other merchandise, and there are cafeterias that offer a wide selection of hot and cold snacks, meals and beverages. Picnic tables are located in the grounds for those who prefer to bring there own packed lunches. The Diggerland parks have lots to offer for all the family. The parks are aimed at children between 4 and 14 years of age, however we have many visitors of all ages enjoying a great day out!
