What is Down at the farm?
Down at the farm is a cow farm that turned to a farm park in 2007. The farm park is entirely outside experience with lots of picnic areas in the summer and quieter places to relax at. They also have many farm animals such as sheep, cattle, donkeys and pigs.
What is there to do at Down at the farm?
There are many seasonal attractions to plan your visit around. The main seasons is February to October each year. Play areas is one other thing they offer with many different areas. Some of the play areas are 2 outdoor air bouncers, mega play zone, racing cars & new trikes and many others you can find with [link].
There are also daily animal seasons with animals such as chicks, Rabbits and guinea pigs. Donkey grooming is also a activity you can do that is entirely outside so may get cancelled in heavy rain. What are the prices?
Prices are varied as you can get tickets cheaper from the website. A example a adult entry is £9.95 on the day in person while its £8.95 online. Carer can get in free with a full paying adult or child but will have to provide evidence of your carer status prior to your visit. Children under 2 year old get in for free but does not include a barrel ride. You may also have to pay for extra such as animal feeding and if you want to go on the tractor ride and barrel ride a extra time. For more information on prices click [link].
