Please note, the following are only open for pre-booked visits: deer park, gardens, shop, Stables Restaurant, Stamford Café, ice cream parlour, north park picnic area.

Durham Massey is surrounded by walks, woodland and open spaces. There are herds of fallow deer that are often spotted by visitors.

You can book a table in the restaurant or cafe, and the parlour is open for take away drinks and refreshments. The gift shop and toilets are open.

Q Can I bring my dog?

Well behaved dogs are welcome in the parkland and gardens, but must be kept on a short lead at all times to protect our herd of deer.

Q What are the opening times

Last entry to the gardens is 4.15pm. Car park gates lock at 5.15pm. Parlour open 10am–5pm for takeaway hot & cold drinks, snacks and ice cream.
