Embleton Bay is a long, unspoiled stretch of golden sand overlooked by Dunstanburgh Castle. It is ideal for dog walkers wanting a place to explre without being disturbed.
There is wildlife in abundance here in particular with wild flowers, and seabirds use the area for breeding. Low Newton is at the north of the beach and has a couple of shops and an 18th century pub.
