Frankie and Benny’s is the place that most people have been to . to its popularity. Whether it be a birthday or just a causal day out. You could visit them at Eldon square for some much-needed refreshment. The drinks are large, and the food is comforting. The floor is a light brown, and the tables are lacquered wood with booth seating in a black leather. Their service is quick and friendly. So why not restore oneself at this well-known venue.

Accessibility at Frankie and Benny’s

There are no steps into the restaurant. This being a good thing for those who may struggle with them. Furthermore, there are some seatings that can be changed to accommodate a wheelchair.

However, there is no braille or large print menus available. This can make it difficult for those with visual impairments. Despite this, they are happy to read the menu to you if it is necessary. In addition, the staff are not specifically trained to work with those who are neurologically diverse. Although, they are happy to help to the best of their capability.  Not to mention, highchairs are available.
