This charity was founded in 2007 that is run by volunteers that do fundraising events to help Veterans who used to be soldiers who use to be in the war by raising money for mental health PTSD.

Also, you can have collection points indoors such as shops and shopping centres. And you can set up personal challenges to raise money such as walking so many miles a day.
This charity organises a Winter Sport Series for veterans and their families. This includes individual training for rowing, archery, sitting volleyball, powerlifting, boccia, wheelchair basketball and optional swimming.
They have events across the UK at varies time though out the year.
This charity does lots of stuff around mindfulness and wellbeing including family wellness weekends. They do things such as cycling, walking and planting flowers.
It is inclusive for mental health and physical disabilities all the activities they do.
