Herding Hill Farm Touring, Camping and Glamping Site offers a range of accommodations at their site just one mile from Hadrian’s Wall. There are several hardstanding pitches with electric hook-ups for touring caravans. Some of these pitches have grey waste and water hook-ups. Additionally, there is a selection of luxury glamping accommodation. Their Wigwam Cabins sleep up to 5 and come well furnished. With en-suite facilities, bedding facilities and a private hot tub, these cabins are warm and welcoming all year round! Also, The Castle Pods are exclusively four adult couples. These come with an en-suite, TV, kitchen and dining facilities as well as a wood-burning stove and hot tub. They are perfect for a romantic getaway. Furthermore, Herding Hill Farm offer a luxury lodge with private decking and a garden furnished with a fire pit and hot tub.

On site, they offer animal petting and feeding on the farm. Visitors can up close to the friendly alpacas and watch how they are cared for. Additionally, there is a shop sell a range of necessities and a children’s playground. Furthermore, there is a sauna available for free private hire. Pizza is served every Friday and guests can make use of the BBQ hut to cook their own food.

Hadrian’s Wall is just one mile from Herding Hill Farm. There is a large selection of scenic walks and trails in the surrounding area. These include trails into Haltwhistle where visitors can find shops and pubs. Kielder and the Northumberland coast are also under an hours drive away.

Accessibility:

There are disabled access bathroom facilities on site. Also, Herding Hill Farm has an adapted accessible Castle Pod available for guests. Although, please be aware this pod’s hot tub is not accessible. Furthermore, the park is easy to traverse and there is level or ramp access into the facilities.
