Learning a New Way CIC is a social enterprise who make tutoring and wellbeing opportunities accessible to everyone. We only employ qualified teachers, tutors and wellbeing coaches.
We provide funded learning groups in Spennymoor and Aycliffe ran by qualified tutors. During school holidays, we run wellbeing courses with Relax Kids Coaches. We are looking to expand these to further areas within County Durham over the coming months, along with further collaborations with Eric Knows itself.
Within their private arm, they are able to provide private 1:1 tuition to primary aged children who find themselves “not at the expected standard” in either maths or English, and provide maths support to secondary age children.
We also work with home educated families in a very flexible way; either by taking a structured approach or following the child’s need.
Are you able to support children with SEND?
Yes, we have a totally transparent registration process where will we ensure we can meet the needs of each individual child
Do adults stay with children?
No, these sessions are run on a drop off basis. If you child needs additional support with this there are ways we can help manage the process for everyone.
