Man Health is a CIC (Community Interest Company) that provides mental health services. Man Health is based in Shildon Business Center on Dabble Duck Industrial Estate. It started up in 2017 by Paul Bannister who suffered from depression and anxiety, and he wanted to increase awareness. It supports men to talk about how they are feeling with weekly peer support groups in County Durham, including friendships and support with lived experience.

The venue is very inclusive and it has disabled toilets. There is however, no disabled parking but they is parking outside the venue. There is a bus stop over the road from the youth centre. The venue also has baby changing facilities.
