Newquay Zoo first opened in the 1950s with over 4000 visitors on opening day
More recently it has expanded to 13 acres with over 130 species on display
There is lots of animals to see in their exhibits along side a gift shop
Moreover, there is an outdoor play area, the secret garden and the oriental garden.
In addition, there is a free flying bird exhibit and a tropical house with creepy crawlies
Newquay Zoo is lively, friendly and educational. They offer a range of talks and activities.
Events are available such as Senior Discovery Days and holiday events.

The venue is reasonably accessible to wheel chairs and push chairs although some routes have a steep incline or rough patch surface.
Also, guest with disability get a free carer ticket and guide dogs are welcome.
Along with this you can hire a scooter or a wheel chair.
There is disabled parking outside the Zoo
