Nestled within a chalk cliff edge on the Yorkshire Coast and surrounded by green hills, you will find the small bay of North Landing Beach.
The golden sand, shining white pebbles and picturesque views make North Landing Beach a wonderful spot to relax and picnic at. Though those seeking excitement can explore the sea caves and search for marine life in the rockpools at low tide.
North Landing is ideal for budding photographers and bird enthusiasts alike, as the dramatic cliff edge is home to numerous bird species, such as kittiwakes, guillemots and even puffins.
However, do be sure to check the tide times, as you could be stranded out on the rocks. Additionally, the walk down to the beach is quite steep, so those with mobility issues may find the journey quite difficult.

Dogs are permitted at North Landing Beach all year round. However, uncleaned dog foul is heavily fined.
There is a council run car park at the end of the B1255. It costs £2 to park all day. Please note, you are not allowed to drive down directly to the beach.
There are free public toilets as well as a café nearby. However, these are not down at the beach itself but can be found back up the hill by the car park.
