An intimate concert venue hosting unforgettable nights. With just over a 2,000 capacity the venue allows
for an amazing atmosphere for any avid concert goers. An amazing night out for fans of music and

Inside the O2 city hall there is multiple bars with a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The venue is

located nearby many food and drink places, perfect for a dinner before the show.

Getting there

There are many bus routes nearby, with just over a 5 minute walk away from Eldon Square and Haymarket bus stations. For after the show, however, there are night buses run by Go North East on Saturday and Sundays. The nearest train station is Central which is around a 15 minute walk away from the venue.

Alternatively, if you are travelling in a car as the venue is in the city centre there is plenty of parking. Parking can be found locally as there are many pay and display spots these becoming free in the evening. NCP also have car parks nearby.

Accessibility

The O2 City Hall accepts ‘Access Card’  which provides evidence for you and can give discounts. However, you do not need an Access Card as proof.
The venue is also wheelchair accessible, if a ramp is needed ask staff to guide you to the step-free entrance at the side of the venue. Wheelchair spaces are also available within the venue. Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor which can be opened with a RADAR key.

Blind and visually impaired people should contact the venue ahead of time to receive adjustments such as braille or large print material.

Guide and assistance dogs are also welcome! The staff can look after your guide dog while you go and enjoy the concert.

Q How can I book accessible tickets?

All accessible tickets should be booked through the O2 city hall directly instead of using a third party site. They are available Monday-Friday from 12pm-4pm on this number +44 (0)191 249 6050. Companion tickets can also be purchased through this number.

Q Is there a cloackroom?

Currently there is no cloakroom.

Q Can I bring a bag?

You can! However, no bag bigger than an A4 piece of paper will be allowed in.
