Located near Ambleside to the north of Lake Windermere, Skelwith Fold Caravan Park is spread across 130 acres of wildlife-filled grounds. With 300 caravan holiday homes, 150 touring pitches with water and electric hook-ups, there is plenty of space to unwind. As well as that, there are 4 fully furnished glamping ‘hideaways’. Skelwith Fold has its own shop selling a wide variety of essentials and local produce. Additionally, there is a 5 acre recreation ground perfect for picnics and outdoor games. Similarly, there is an adventure playground equipped with swings, a zip wire and an astro-turf pitch. The caravan park also has its own tarn, tucked away for guests to discover.
