The market Tavern is a very popular venue, or it was when I visited. The place was warm with chatter and friendly with mingling conversation. There are many loud sounds of glass throughout the pub. The Market Tavern is located on the market Square and features enormous window with individual square panes of glass. This means that there is allot of natural light entering the pub. The Market Tavern’s decor is warm dark brown woods with white walls.There are tvs playing in the room and a uuge interest in sports. Furthermore, there is a good selection of bears to try and other soft drinks. In addition, they have pay day deals and group on deals to enjoy your time with. The pub offers a kid’s menu and a tasty light bites selection. So why not after shopping give the markets tavern a try. I am Shure the staff and customers would be happy to meet you.

The taverns first door is wide open in welcome but the second is fairly heavtey. Whilst the entrance is on the flat the way is a little narrow for those in a wheelchair. The taverns toilets are downstairs however staff are happy to help with any mobility problems that they can. Although there’s no braille or large print menu the staff are happy to read it to you and there is the green king app one can look at. Furthermore, whilst staff are not specifically trained to work with those who have dementia or any other typology of neurological diversity they are happy to help whenever they can. Babby chairs are available. Children and guide dogs are welcome.
