Rossendale Trust provides care and support to the tenants following a model of care known as Supported Living. Supported Living enables each person to explore the choices in their own lives, and to fulfil their potential. We support all of our tenants to achieve their potential, whatever their level of ability.
The Trust delivers a person-centred service, putting our tenants at the centre of everything which we do. We care for people as individuals, working to improve the quality of their lives by creating an environment in which they can develop at their own pace.
Our tenants are people with a wide range of abilities and disabilities. Some people are able to go to college, attend supported employment placements or work as volunteers. People with more complex needs may require 24 hour care and support with every part of their daily lives.
