Thorpe Farm Centre has a large grass field for tent pitches. They also offer hardstanding pitches with electric hook-ups for touring caravans and motorhomes. The site has plenty of facilities including a restaurant, children’s playground and gift shop. Also, the farm shop sells local produce and groceries. Guests are able to pre-order groceries for collection upon arrival to the site. Furthermore, the restaurant sells breakfast, lunch and a range of snacks. It is a spacious location with space for awnings and BBQs. However, it is directly located next to the A66 so some of the site experiences noise from the traffic.
A pub is just a 5 minute journey down the A66 from Thorpe Farm Centre. Also, visitors are close to the Wetland Nature Reserve when they can engage in fishing. Visitors can walk directly from the site to the Heritage Woods where you can explore a range of trails. Maize Maze and animal paddocks are also only a short journey away. Richmond is a 20 minute drive away and offers a range of shops and dining options within the historic town.

The site is located on flat grassy fields although the roads around the site are covered in dense gravel. Thorpe Farm Centre has level or ramp access into the shops and restaurant facilities. These are spacious inside and have plenty of seating. Please contact the site for details on disabled bathroom facilities.
