Wallace Lane Farm

Wallace Lane Farm offers award-winning camping and glamping services on the edge of the Lake District. Spread over 23 acres, the family-friendly site provides 18 caravan and motorhome pitches with hardstanding, water, drainage and electricity. Additionally, there are numerous tent pitches – many of which come with electricity. Furthermore, for visitors who want some luxury there are two hardstanding pitches with private hot tubs, and a further 14 cabins and lodges also with their own hot tubs. At Wallace Lane Farm you can enjoy picturesque camping with a range of facilities. The site is dog friendly and recommends the mile-long walk through woodland and nearby farmland to get pets out and about. An on-site shop provides a selection of amenities including BBQs and campfire materials. Additionally, there are heated toilet and shower blocks for use by all residents.

Wallace Lane Farm is perfectly situated on the fringes of the Lake District. It is under an hours drive from locations such as GoApe Whinlatter, Ullswater and Skiddaw. The farm is also less than half an hours drive from the coast and popular local towns like Keswick and Penrith. It is ideal for frequent visitors to the Lake District as well as brand new tourists. At Wallace Lane Farm you will be a short journey from popular tourist locations whilst still being able to enjoy peace and quiet.

Much of the site is a mixture of grassland and gravelled roads and pitches. Additionally, there are no designated disabled facilities on site.
